Here comes a thought and let's learn about ourselves

Well hello hello hello again to all of the lovely Lads, Ladies, Chaps, ol sports and everyone else in between to another little blog of the Bite sized box office blogs presented by yours truly. So, this little blog that I will present to you will be a little bit of some similar blogs that I have done over the past few day about reflection but I will also add this one as it is to focus on the little bits of thing in between. So, a while back I talked a little bit about the importance of the mindset (it was a very long while back now that I think of it but now I want to kind of do a continuation on it but this time talk of an alternative version to that and that is the teachings of learning by H.E.A.R.T (which stands for Health, Empathy, Attention, Reading and Time). So, with no more time to waste, let me get to more chin waggling.

So I am not going to keep you long with this one (as this is part of the bitesized box office blogs by all means). From what I have gathered from reading of the concept of learning of H.E.A.R.T I have learned that this is more about talking on your self rather then just focus on your thoughts. This covers all the stuff including your mind, your heart and soul, your personality and emotions and I want to give a little bit of a rundown of how that many of these aspects can relate to my self. So to break it down

H- Health

so, for this segment it would be my health and I would say that I am doing quite well, sure I may have a bit of stress and I am overthinking on a lot of things with just stuff in my personal life but I try to keep that to myself and focus on being more of the positive person to everyone. As I would it myself "in times when everything may seem dark, you can be the one that can the shining light to others". What I mean by this is that no matter what I am always there to  help others with anything that they need which can be with the likes of helping them with their college assignments, if they need a friendly chat that they always trust me with keeping it between them and myself (so if anyone who has come across these blogs and stumbles on this and wants to clear some stuff that they need to get off their chest, then you can give a shout and I will talk with you when I can and your secrets are  safe with me), or even doing an extra few hours in my work shift when my work colleagues need to head early due to feeling unwell or they have something to get to (I offer to do it no matter what). And This is what keeps me healthy and happy most of the time when I make others happy.

E- Empathy

In terms of Empathy, I can understand that the concepts of emotions are very important. I may seem to show that I will always be a positive person in many situations but I do have time when I can be overwhelmed with emotions and it is in certain senses that I have shown the water works to a certain few people (before a recent passing, I only have let the emotions overwhelm me in front of a total of four other people that I would call close friends but I not going to give any names). But I do feel empathy for many others who go through a lot of stuff and it does make me emotional for them as well like if someone close to them passes away, or they are overwhelmed with a lot of stuff in life, they may not want it but if there are time when they do, I will always be there as a shoulder to cry on or to let all of their emotions out and I will be there to listen to their problem that they need to let out, because they would need it in times like that.

A-Attention

Now I am going to explain this very briefly. No matter what I would never put myself at the centre of attention in any situation. Sure I would take the blame for a few things but I would not be always making things about me in any shape or form that I am talking about in different forms. This is the reasons why I don't like those people that are so full of themselves (I mean one runs a country last time I remember and another one I know got famous for making something that isn't safe for work and thinks that everything that they do is something groundbreaking), they just do my head in. But anyway, no matter the situation I would always put other peoples problems and helping them first and then on my myself after they are all done because I am not as important as I would say to others.

R-reading 

In a bit of free time that I may have when I am not making posts, playing games or doing any other hobby or other form of work I have a delve into different articles and videos about learning on how to be a better version of yourself and I have found a lot of stuff, including a video I will discuss at the end of this blog, but I have found that throughout this year as it comes to an end that I have learned a lot about myself this year and I am surprised about what I have learned about myself to better myself and it was very interesting.

T-Time

Lastly I would like to talk about a little bit of time management. As you can tell from previous blogs that I have made that I am always on the go with getting a lot of work done whether it is college, my job or any other form of helping work, but I also find time to help others whenever they need it (again, if you need help with anything at all, give me an old chin waggling comment or give a shout and I will lend an ear for as long as you need) and whenever I feel like it I will find some time for myself (but I would put that in a more once in a blue moon when I need to be by myself for a lengthy period of time). I always seem to think that i wouldn't have enough time for all of this but I surprise myself that I always seem to figure out to do it all.


So that is what I have learned fro just this week on the learning of H.E.A.R.T. and It was a very interesting little journey I had. But before I go I mentioned a video that I use to help me in time when I may feel  at time when I am overwhelmed by a lot of stuff and when their are times that there may not be anyone to talk to at a particular point in time, I would always resort to a helpful song while using in a period of meditation that can help me calm myself and get back to focusing and getting everything done. And that video or in this case a song is this:


(I only discovered this from watching the show for the first time earlier this year and it has helped in a big way for me)

The song "here comes a thought" is something that really helps when you may be overwhelmed with a lot of worrying thoughts and emotions and maybe you are wanting to do  something for a very long time but you are afraid of what is going to happen but sometimes that you need to take a step back and just as the lyrics go "take a moment to think of just, flexibility, love and trust" and once I have heard this song it helps to clear the mind and actually see clearer of the positives that may come out of all of this.
